Sr.Business Analyst( RiskIT/Ibanking)

Our client, a well-known MNC bank China offshore IT centre is currently invited talent candidate an experienced business analyst who with working exposure in investment banking environment, with sound experience in technology solutions delivery and  sound business knowledge of back office operation, candidate with good communicating in various level of stakeholders, project, delivery team and etc.Job Description:*  Liaise with a broad range of regional stakeholders (GS, KYCS, CMG, Business Management) to:*  Define and agree regional IT delivery roadmap supporting regional and country delivery milestones and priorities*  Identify, manage and resolve key risks, issues and cross-team dependencies*  Define and agree on technology workarounds where required*  Communicate deployment progress and next steps to senior stakeholders*   Perform IT SME role supporting GS (Design Leads/Regional Implementation Leads, in-country teams) and KYCS Transformation project teams throughout Definition and Execution stages, including:*   Defining and agreeing technology-related Change Requests with key regional decision makers*  Input, QA, review and sign-off for technology-related deliverables, including GS technology analysis and Business Requirements Documents*  Technology implementation planning and coordination of deployment milestonesQualifications•    Extensive Business Analysis skills gained in Investment Banking environment•    Clear experience of leading technology streams from analysis to delivery•   Comprehensive experience in CTB initiatives and full project life cycle•   Good experience in a Production Support role•   Good experience with managing disparate teams in different geographical locations•   Ability to manage relationships with senior  stakeholders•   Experience analysing and documenting business processes•   Good communication skills – both written and verbal•   Good analytical and problem solving skills, High level of attention to detail•   Experience of technology solutions delivery•   PEGA experience an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided)•   Good knowledge of Back-Office Operations•   Strong business requirements and functional analysis Data Analysis skills•   MS Excel,- intermediate•   MS VisioInterested candidate, please send resume mailto [email protected].
